How to apply for eBusiness Portal service
for general transactions through the website

1.Corporate customers fill in information to apply for eBusiness Portal service for general transactions through the website : website : https://ebusinessportal.ais.co.th/
2.Corporate customers upload important documents to the website, which comprise:
- Copy of National ID Card or other government-issued ID Card with photo ID and National ID number, or copy of Passport with copy of Work Permit from Ministry of Labour not more than 1 year validity, of person authorized to sign on the company’s behalf
- Copy of document giving Power of Attorney (if any)
- Labour not more than 1 year validity, of person granted Power of Attorney (if any)
3.AIS verifies all the documents in 3 working days. If the customer wishes to track their status, they can enquire at business@ais.co.th
4.If all information and documents are complete and correct, corporate customer will receive an email informing of the password to use the service, which can be used on every menu of the "general transactions" service.

Submit the application form to any branch office or AIS Shop nationwide, or your AWN account executive

Send the AIS eBusiness Portal service application documents with attached documents as follows:

  2. Copy of National ID Card or other government-issued ID Card with photo ID and National ID number of authorized person
  3. Copy of VAT Registration Certificate Por Por 20 for head office/branch (if any): In the case of a change of address for VAT. The head office (branch office)

Person with Power of Attorney

  • Copy of National ID Card or other government-issued ID Card with photo ID and National ID number

In the case of a foreign national

  1. Copy of passport
  2. Copy of work permit from Ministry of Labour with not more than 3 months validity
