AIS Reinforces Its Leadership in Intelligent Network Technology and Global Innovation by Winning 5 Prestigious Outstanding Catalyst Awards in the Categories of Application of AI & Automation, Attendees’ Choice Award, Business Impact, Interactive Showcase, and Innovative & Futuristic at the Digital Transformation World (DTW) 2025, Organized by TM Forum, the Global Association of Telecom Service Providers and Suppliers. This marks the third consecutive year of AIS’s success, showcasing its strong capabilities as a leader in the development of Autonomous Networks. The achievement underscores AIS’s commitment to becoming a Cognitive Tech-Co, demonstrating its readiness to enhance digital infrastructure and effectively respond to the evolving needs of the modern business landscape, all while delivering the best customer service experience.

• Innovative & Futuristic: Recognized for the Agent Fabric – Phase II project, a cutting-edge solution that transforms the future of the telecommunications industry.
• Business Impact: Awarded for the AI-enhanced Digital Twins for Best NPS Network – Phase II project, a use case developed and implemented by AIS to analyze insights and improve network performance. By utilizing Digital Twin technology combined with AI to create virtual network models, this solution has demonstrated a clear positive impact on business outcomes and shows strong potential for commercial use.
• Attendees’ Choice Award: This award was given to the AI-enhanced Digital Twins for Best NPS Network – Phase II project, which received the highest votes from event attendees.
• Interactive Showcase: Awarded for the exceptional presentation of the Predictive Intelligence for Optimized Networks & Enhanced Experience Resilience (PIONEER) project.
