  • This package is available exclusively for juristic person customers.
  • If the service is terminated before the end of the 24-month contract period, customers are required to pay the THB 5,000 initial setup and installation fee and return the AIS 5G CPE in good condition at the installation site.  In the event of damage or loss, customers may be charged up to the device value of 9,490 THB.
  • 5G/4G network availability is subject to service coverage.  In areas where 5G coverage is unavailable, the device will automatically connect to the 4G network.
  • The contract period is 24 months.
  • Maximum internet speeds may vary depending on network traffic and the number of users in the area.
  • Once the included full-speed data allowance has been reached, internet speed will be reduced according to the conditions specified in the package.
  • Package allowances are valid for each billing cycle only.  Any unused allowance cannot be carried over to the next billing cycle.
  • Business customers can report or follow up on service issues through the following channels:
    • Contact AIS ICT Service Desk 1740, available 24/7.
    • Internet troubleshooting by qualified technicians is provided within 12 hours.
    • For service locations in Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, Songkhla (Chana, Thepha, Na Thawi, and Saba Yoi districts only), islands (excluding Phuket), and/or areas officially designated by government authorities as high-risk areas, on-site service will be provided within 20 hours, with service operations between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM or during the same service hours on the following day.
  • The AIS 5G CPE may be changed or replaced with another model of equivalent specifications.
  • Terms and conditions are subject to the company’s policies.
  • Available for subscription from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026.
