1. แพ็กเกจ AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus สำหรับลูกค้าจดทะเบียนเปิดเบอร์ใหม่ , เปลี่ยนจากเติมเงินเป็นรายเดือน , ย้ายค่ายเบอร์เดิม และลูกค้าปัจจุบันระบบรายเดือน เมื่อซื้อเครื่องโทรศัพท์
2. ค่าบริการส่วนเกิน โทรทุกเครือข่ายนาทีละ 1.50 บาท คิดตามจริงเป็นนาที, SMS ข้อความละ 2.5 บาท และ MMS ข้อความละ 4.5 บาท
3. แพ็กเกจ AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus 699 – 1,199 เมื่อใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ตครบตามแพ็กเกจ จะสามารถใช้งานได้ต่อเนื่องที่ความเร็ว 2 Mbps
4. ค่าบริการรายเดือน และค่าบริการส่วนเกิน ยังไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
5. สิทธิ์พิเศษสำหรับลูกค้า AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus
5.1. AIS Super WiFi ไม่จำกัด ระบบจะส่ง WiFi Username และ Password ผ่านทาง SMS โดยอัตโนมัติ รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม www.ais.co.th/wifi
5.2. รับสิทธิ์เซเรเนด เฉพาะลูกค้าที่จดทะเบียนในนามบุคคลธรรมดา
· สมัครแพ็กเกจ AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus 1,199-1,399 รับสิทธิ์ Emerald, 1,499-1,999 รับสิทธิ์ Gold, 2,999 รับสิทธิ์ Platinum
· จะได้รับการปรับสิทธิ์เซเรเนด โดยอัตโนมัติ ภายใน 3-5 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่สมัครแพ็กเกจ
· สิทธิ์เซเรเนด นานสูงสุด 12 เดือน นับจากวันที่สมัครใช้งานแพ็กเกจ
6. แพ็กเกจ AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus ไม่สามารถใช้งานร่วมกับบริการ Multi SIM / Multi SIM Plus ได้
7. แพ็กเกจ AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus ได้รับสิทธิ์นาน 25 รอบบิล
Special device purchase requires a 12-month contract at the specified prices.
Device prices include VAT.
Advance service fee excludes VAT.
Advance service fee ranges from 200 – 7,000 THB (excl. VAT).
For fees below 1,000 THB, the amount will be refunded in installments over 10 months.
For fees of 1,000 THB or above, the amount will be refunded in installments over 12 months, starting from the 2nd billing cycle.
Each customer (per national ID number) is eligible to purchase up to 2 devices on special terms (limited to 1 device per mobile number).
If the customer cancels the service or terminates the contract before the end of the commitment period, AIS reserves the right to charge a penalty equal to the device discount received. Advance package fees already paid are non-refundable.
