Terms and Conditions:

• Packages from 399 - 899 Baht:
  • For new customers, port-in customers, and customers switching from prepaid to postpaid, enjoy allowances for 12 billing cycles.
  • The 399 Baht package offers non-stop data at a maximum speed of 1Mbps after the allowance is reached.
  • The 499 - 599 Baht packages offer non-stop data at a maximum speed of 4Mbps after the allowance is reached.
  • The 699 - 899 Baht packages offer non-stop data at a maximum speed of 6Mbps after the allowance is reached.
  • Additional charges: 1.50 Baht per minute for all network calls/VDO calls, 2.5 Baht per SMS, and 4 Baht per MMS.
  • Service rates are calculated based on actual usage per minute/billing cycle (fractions of a minute are rounded up to one minute).
  • It cannot be used in conjunction with Multi SIM service.
  • AIS SUPER WiFi; WiFi username and password will be sent via SMS automatically. More details at www.ais.th/wifi.
  • Allowances of each package are valid for each billing cycle only; unused allowances cannot be carried over to the next billing cycle and will expire upon service cancellation, package change, or number transfer.
  • Prepaid customers eligible for this package must have been subscribed for over 31 days.
  • Rates specified do not include Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • In order to maintain service quality standard and to keep quality network experience for overall subscribers, the Company reserves the rights to manage the network as the Company deems appropriate including but not limited to limiting or decreasing network speed in case it is found that there is a large volume of continuous data transfer, use of BitTorrent, Internet sharing via Hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, usage for commercial purposes, or any usage which impacts or creates unfairness to other subscribers, or creates impediments to the network of the Company.
• Packages 1,199 – 2,999 Baht:
  • For packages from 1,899 to 2,999 Baht, current customers are eligible after a minimum of 6 months of service subscription.
  • New customers, those switching providers, switching from prepaid to postpaid, and current customers are entitled to the allowances for 12 billing cycles.
  • Enjoy an unlimited 5G with speeds up to 1Gbps.
  • For packages between 1,199 - 2,999 Baht, eligibility to subscribe to a Net SIM with a monthly fee of 199 Baht, offering 30GB of 5G; thereafter, non-stop data at a maximum speed of 1Mbps, limited up to 4 SIMs.
  • It cannot be used in conjunction with Multi SIM service.
  • AIS SUPER WiFi; WiFi username and password will be sent via SMS automatically. More details at www.ais.th/wifi.
  • Allowances of each package are valid for each billing cycle only; unused allowances cannot be carried over to the next billing cycle and will expire upon service cancellation, package change, or number transfer.
  • For current customers subscribing to this package, there's a 30 Baht fee, applicable up to three times within the same billing cycle, with the first fee waived.
    • The company reserves the right to limit usage involving BitTorrent, sharing the internet through Hotspot, or abnormal high-volume data transfers beyond typical personal use, or any usage that may adversely affect overall network performance, such as:
      • Continuous use 24 hours a day without logging off sessions.
      • Use on multiple screens.

Average Service Rates per Unit (excluding Value Added Tax):

• For the 399 Baht package: Voice services at 0.01 Baht per second, mobile data at 0.012 Baht per megabyte.
• For the 499 Baht package: Voice services at 0.005 Baht per second, mobile data at 0.008 Baht per megabyte.
• For the 699 Baht package: Voice services at 0.007 Baht per second, mobile data at 0.008 Baht per megabyte.
• For the 899 Baht package: Voice services at 0.008 Baht per second, mobile data at 0.000002 Baht per megabyte.
• For the 1,199 Baht package: Voice services at 0.007 Baht per second, mobile data at 0.000003 Baht per megabyte.
• For the 1,499 Baht package: Voice services at 0.006 Baht per second, mobile data at 0.000003 Baht per megabyte.
• For the 1,899 Baht package: Voice services at 0.007 Baht per second, mobile data at 0.000003 Baht per megabyte.
• For the 2,299 Baht package: Voice services at 0.007 Baht per second, mobile data at 0.000003 Baht per megabyte.
• For the 2,699 Baht package: Voice services at 0.007 Baht per second, mobile data at 0.000003 Baht per megabyte.
• For the 2,999 Baht package: Voice services at 0.007 Baht per second, mobile data at 0.000003 Baht per megabyte.

Net SIM 199 Baht Offer Terms and Conditions

• New, existing, and port-in customers, as well as those switching from prepaid to postpaid, who subscribe to the 5G MAX package starting from 1,199 Baht, are eligible to activate a new SIM with a monthly service fee of 199 Baht.
  • Eligibility for AIS SUPER WiFi; WiFi username and password will be automatically sent via SMS. More details at www.ais.th/wifi.
• Excess Service Charges:
  • 1.50 Baht per minute (fractions of a minute are rounded up to one minute) for voice/video calls to all networks, 2.5 Baht per SMS, and 4.5 Baht per MMS.
  • Service charges are based on actual usage per minute/billing cycle (fractions of a minute are rounded up to one minute).
• Customers who avail of the Net SIM 199 Baht offer will automatically receive AIS 5G service. Those using AIS 5G compatible devices can enjoy the full potential of 5G. Customers with devices not supporting AIS 5G will experience service within the limitations of their device's capabilities.
• The Net SIM 199 Baht package cannot be registered for Multi SIM, except after completing 12 billing cycles, where it can be switched to the 5G MAX Speed package at 299 Baht, allowing for Multi SIM registration as per current terms and conditions.
• Customers must register the Net SIM 199 Baht with the same name, surname, and ID number as the primary number subscribed to the 5G Max Speed package.
• Customers can register up to a maximum of 5 SIMs per ID card for the Net SIM 199 Baht offer, inclusive of the conditions mentioned. This registration is based on the entitlements of the 5G Max package. Once the limit of AIS numbers is reached under these conditions, additional registrations can only be made through AIS shops.
• The usage duration of the Net SIM 199 Baht service aligns with the billing cycle of the primary number.
• Once the allowance is reached, the speed will be adjusted to 1 Mbps. Additional 5G packages can be purchased, charged to the primary number.
• Cancelling, changing or transferring the Net SIM 199 Baht package under the same owner will end the service for all SIMs and switch to the 5G MAX SPEED package at 299 Baht.
• Serenade/AIS PLAY/Disney+ Hotstar allowances are not combinable with this offer.
• The eligibility to the Net SIM 199 Baht offer cannot be transferred to another person or registered on behalf of someone else. If the full entitlement is not claimed, it cannot be requested additionally, nor can it be transferred to another number. The rights to the Net SIM 199 Baht service will terminate immediately upon service cancellation, package change, or number transfer.
• Service rates do not include Value Added Tax.

Terms and Conditions for the Free 12-Month PLAY PREMIUM Plus Offer:

• Exclusive to AIS postpaid customers under specified packages, registered or identified as individual mobile service users only.
• After successful subscription to the specified package, customers will receive an SMS to claim their PLAY PREMIUM PLUS access within 24 hours, which must be claimed within 30 days from the receipt of the SMS notification.
• The duration of the free PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package aligns with the term of the main package specified.
• Confirmation SMS for starting the PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package will be sent upon successful subscription.
• Eligibility is limited to one number per claim.
• Changing the main package to another package will automatically cancel the PLAY PREMIUM PLUS add-on package.
• Upon claiming the PLAY PREMIUM PLUS add-on package, customers cannot downgrade below a 899 Baht package, switch to prepaid, port their numbers to another carrier, or cancel the service for 12 months from the date of claiming the offer.
• Any attempt to undertake the above actions will immediately terminate the granted viewing access, which cannot be reclaimed.
• Customers who subscribed to the PLAY PREMIUM, PLAY MOVIES monthly or annual packages are not eligible for this offer.
• The offer can be claimed once per phone number only.
• Customers who have already claimed the offer for PLAY family / PREMIUM can still claim this offer.
• The PLAY PREMIUM plus can be viewed on up to 2 devices simultaneously.
• The access cannot overlap with existing PLAY PREMIUM, PLAY PREMIUM PLUS monthly or annual packages; customers must cancel any existing package through the MyAIS app.
• Viewing access includes premium channels and global content.
• Customers will automatically receive access to Viu, beIN, HBO GO, MONOMAX with the PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package.
• Cancellation of the PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package will immediately terminate access to HBO GO, MONOMAX, VIU Premium, beIN SPORTS CONNECT, and AIS KARAOKE.
• Free usage allowances are available for the specified duration only, and allowances will terminate immediately upon service cancellation, change or transfer.

Terms and Conditions for the Free PLAY FAMILY and HBO Offer

• Exclusive free PLAY FAMILY and HBO rights for 6 months are offered to postpaid customers with monthly packages starting from 499 Baht.
• Exclusive free PLAY FAMILY and HBO rights for 12 months are offered to postpaid customers with monthly packages starting from 699 to 899 Baht.
• After the package activation, wait for an SMS confirmation to claim the rights and start using the package, which must be claimed within 30 days from the package activation date.
• This offer is only for AIS postpaid customers registered or identified as individual service users.
• Upon successful subscription to the main package, customers will receive an SMS to claim the free PLAY FAMILY and HBO add-on package.
• A confirmation message for the package subscription will be sent within 1 day.
• The viewing access offer will immediately be terminated once customers switch from postpaid to prepaid service, port their numbers to another carrier, or cancel the service.
  • If the PLAY FAMILY and HBO package access are lost, they cannot be reclaimed.
• Customers already subscribed to PLAY PREMIUM, PLAY MOVIES, and Disney Hotstar monthly or annual packages are not eligible for this offer.
• The offer can be claimed once per phone number only.
• PLAY Family can be viewed on up to 2 devices simultaneously.

• Before the free viewing period ends, a notification SMS for package renewal will be sent 3 days in advance before the next month's service charge.
• The service fee for the Play Family package is 119 Baht per month.
• The service rates exclude Value Added Tax and data service fees.
• These service rates are applicable for usage within Thailand only.
• For normal use only, not for commercial purposes or in a way that negatively affects other service users.
• Changing packages within the same group or to another promotion will still allow continuous viewing of Play Family.
• The offer can be claimed only once.
• Free usage allowances are available for the specified duration only, and will terminate immediately upon service cancellation, change, or transfer.

Terms and Conditions for AIS VIP Numbers :

• Exclusive for customers activating a new number with the subscription to the 5G Serenade Exclusive Plan only.
• Customers activating a new number and subscribing to the Quadruple phone number series must use the specified package for a period of 36 months.
• If customers do not comply with the specified duration by changing the mobile number owner, switching from postpaid to prepaid service, changing to a new mobile number, or violating the agreement for any reason before the term completion, they agree to pay the remaining minimum package fees until the end of the agreed term.
• AIS Exclusive phone numbers can be selected at participating AIS shops and Serenade Clubs.

Terms and Conditions for the Free 6-Month VDO Calling Melody and Calling Melody Offer:

• The offer is eligible only for customers who activate a new number or port their numbers to AIS with the subscription to the 5G Easy Pack 399, 5G Max Speed 499, and 5G Max Play 699/899 packages, or as per specified conditions only.
• After the package is activated, the system will send an SMS with a link to claim the offer.
• The offer must be claimed within 30 days from the activation date of the main package.
• Claim the offer by dialing *236*306# and then make a call; wait for a confirmation SMS and start using the service.
• Customers receive the allowance to use the VDO Calling Melody and Calling Melody services for 6 months from the date of service activation. Afterward, the system will automatically deduct a service fee of 35 Baht per month per service (excluding VAT).
• The offer can be claimed once per phone number only.
• Exclusive to customers registered or identified as individual mobile users only.
• The allowances will immediately terminate upon service cancellation.
• Package cancellation can be done by the customer by dialing *236*00306# and making a call, effectively canceling both services.
• No data service fees apply.

• Exclusive to AIS customers as per specified conditions, they will receive the allowance to use the AIS Karaoke app for free for 3 months. After the free trial period, a service rate of 119 BAHT per month will be charged.
• The service fee does not include Value Added Tax and data service fees.
• Terms and conditions are specified by the company, and it reserves the right to change or cancel the offer without prior notice in case of any dispute. The company's decision shall be final.
