This package is for customers aged 18 years old only.
customers subscribe new SIM, Switch to AIS customers and Prepaid to Postpaid customers. Package is valid for 12 billing cycles.
Package 499 bath. After the allowance is used up, data usage continues at 1Mbps .
Package 699 bath. After the allowance is used up, data usage continues at 4Mbps .
Package 1,299 bath. Internet 5G max speed internet with unlimited quota at max speed 1Gbps.
This package cannot be used with multi SIM service and PLAY ULTIMATE 999 Package.
Excess charges include phone/VDO calls to any networks at THB 1.50/minute, THB 2.50/SMS and THB 4/MMS.
The service fee is calculated according to the actual use on a minute basis/billing cycle. (a fraction of a minute will be charged as a minute).

Package can only be used per one billing cycle. Any non-usage of this package will not rollover to the following billing cycle. Customers will no longer be eligible for the offer upon cancellation of the service, changing the package or changing ownership of the number.

5G Netflix package subscriber cannot subscribe extra member
A Netflix Household is a collection of the devices connected to the internet at the main place you watch Netflix. A Netflix Household can be set using a TV device. All other devices that use your Netflix account on the same internet connection as this TV will automatically be part of your Netflix Household.

Wait for a confirmation SMS to get the right and start using the service. This right can be obtained once the main package becomes active.
The Netflix activation is restricted for the number that subscribes to the main package only.
Only one right is reserved for one number.
Your Netflix access depends on the main package. The company reserves the right to change the Netflix service plans available
- The Mobile service plan is for up to one device (smartphone and tablet only).
- The Basic service plan is for up to one device.
- The Standard service plan is for two devices simultaneously.
The package is for AIS postpaid customers registered or identified as an individual mobile phone user only. As this service is provided by AIS and Netflix, using this service, the customer is deemed to have given their consent for AIS to inform Netflix of the number to use Netflix.
To maximize the customer’s benefits, in case the customer has already subscribed to Netflix’s web service or monthly service, they can change and opt instead for Netflix access (from the main package) through its website.
The company reserves the right not to grant any compensation in case the customer renounces their right to use Netflix.
The free right to access Netflix shall instantly terminate once the main package is changed or cancelled.
The free access can be enjoyed within the period of time stipulated only, and shall instantly terminate in case of service cancellation or change.

This offer is applicable to residential postpaid customers who have subscribed to a monthly minimum package of 399 baht.

Cancellation Policy

If customer re-subscribe after canceling, the standard fee of 179 THB per month (including VAT) will apply.
To cancel, go to myAIS application: Open myAIS > Packages > My Packages > Select YouTube Premium > Cancel subscription > choose Immediate cancellation.

“AIS Secure Net” is applicable under the following conditions:
1. available for the AIS network subscriber, both Post-Paid and Pre-Paid mobile phone services, and AIS Fibre3 home internet subscriber, under individual or corporate accounts (the “Customers”);
2. AIS Secure Net shall be provide to the Customers only when the internet is connected via the AIS DNS network;
3. the Service is free of charge and does not require subscription;
4. the Customers of AIS and AIS Fibre3 are protected and alerted against various online threats while browsing the internet via AIS 5G, 4G and 3G such as scam websites or any other harmful websites. The system of this Service will automatically detect and block the risk of online threats on websites, with faster response, ensuring the highest level of safety and enjoyable online experience;
5. the Customers must be in an active service status (not in the process of service suspension).
"AIS Secure Net" will not be applicable under the following conditions:
1. Use the internet via virtual private network (VPN)
2. Use the Apple Private Relay service on iOS 15 and above versions
3. Use of proxy server connection
4. Connecting the internet via a public DNSO
