Customer can check your package status anytime by yourself using the myAIS application.

Package terms and conditions
- The PLAY PASS package is available for AIS Postpaid, Prepaid and/or AIS 3BBFibre3 customers who are registered as a residential individual (“Subscriber”).
- The PLAY PASS package is offered at a rate of THB 500.
The above prices are exclusive of 7% VAT and fees for the main internet service package.

Subscriber can watch live and on-demand content until the end of each program through the AIS PLAY application on up to 1 device simultaneously. The system supports the following device and operating systems:

This offer is not transferable and is not eligible for service changes such as switching between prepaid and postpaid plans, number porting, account name changes, or other modifications.
Service fees will be charged according to the specified terms upon successful package subscription. MIMO Tech Company Limited (“the Company”) reserves the right not to refund any unused portion of the package fee in cases where the package is not used or is cancelled before the end of the subscription period. Additionally, the package usage rights are non-transferable to other user accounts.
The usage rights and service rates specified are for domestic and personal use only. Commercial use or any use that may adversely affect other users is prohibited. Reproduction, modification, or public distribution of the content is also prohibited. If the Company detects any illegal use or any use that may cause damage to the Company, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service package.
The Company reserves the right to make changes to the details and will provide prior notice through the Company’s website.
Eligible recipients of the Exclusive Postcard from Asanee–Wasan must be AIS or AIS 3BB Fibre3 customers who subscribe to the PLAY PASS package at THB 500 (excluding VAT) and have an active, valid subscription status on the date of redemption. The Exclusive Postcard is valued at THB 99.
Redemption Procedure
Customers can redeem the Exclusive Postcard at participating AIS SHOP locations from 1 September 2026 to 31 October 2026.
Scan the QR Code at a participating AIS SHOP, access the myAIS application, and tap “Redeem” on the designated redemption screen.
Limited to 1 mobile number / 1 entitlement / 1 postcard throughout the campaign period.
Limited to 44,000 entitlements throughout the campaign period, or until all entitlements have been fully redeemed, whichever occurs first.

The Exclusive Postcard can only be redeemed by presenting the entitlement through the myAIS application directly to an AIS staff member at a participating AIS SHOP. Screenshots or images saved on a mobile device cannot be used to claim the entitlement.
Entitlements received under this promotion cannot be exchanged, transferred, modified, or redeemed for cash.
