How to Redeem

Platinum and Gold Serenade can scan the QR code via the myAIS app to redeem their parking privilege before entering the parking area. Just follow these simple steps.

Turn on your mobile camara or enter to the myAIS app. 

Select a Top left Banner
which show your Serenade status.

Select a Reserved Parking Banner to choose parking location

and press "Redeem" to confirm your parking.

Show the " Digital Parking Sticker"
On the myAIS App to the officer to receive the privilege enter the parking lot.

Condition

  1. Do not capture the screen to use in receiving the rights in anycase
  2. Pressing to receive this rights is not a reservation of parking rights.It is only to show your status

FAQs

A : The eligible numbers must be Serenade Platinum and Gold numbers only.

Pressing to accept thia privilege is not a reservation of parking rights in advance, but it is a status display to prepare to receive parking rights.

There is no usage quota for the reserved parking service. Simply be a Serenade Platinum or Gold member, and ensure that parking spaces are still available at the selected location.
