Viu Premium Packages – Terms and Conditions
These Viu Premium Packages are for AIS Prepaid and / or Postpaid customers, registering as a natural person since October 7, 2019 onwards.

Viu Premium Daily Package

·       For AIS Prepaid Only
·       Service fee is 5 Baht/Day and automatically renewed every day (VAT 7% included)
·       Internet connection fee is excluded.
·       Customer to Viu Premium Daily Package can download up to 5 episodes of series and variety shows. The downloaded contents will be valid on customer's device for 7 days.
·       Subscribers are able to watch 5 concurrent devices

Viu Premium Weekly Package

·       For AIS Prepaid Only
·       Service fee is 35 Baht/Week and automatically renewed every 7 days (VAT 7% included)
·       Internet connection fee is excluded.
·       Customer to Viu Premium Weekly Package can download up to 10 episodes of series and variety shows. The downloaded contents will be valid on customer's device for 7 days.
·       Subscribers are able to watch 5 concurrent devices

Viu Premium Monthly Package

·       For AIS Prepaid and Postpaid Only
·       Service fee is 149 Baht/month and automatically renewed every 30 days (VAT 7% included)
·       Internet connection fee is excluded.
·       Customer to Viu Premium Monthly Package can download any series and variety shows. The downloaded contents will be valid on customer's device for 7 days.
·       Subscribers are able to watch 5 concurrent devices

Viu Premium Quarterly Package

·       For AIS Prepaid and Postpaid Only
·       Service fee is 395 Baht/3 months and automatically renewed every 90 days (VAT 7% included)
·       Internet connection fee is excluded.
·       Customer to Viu Premium Quarterly Package can download any series and variety shows. The downloaded contents will be valid on customer's device for 7 days.
·       Subscribers are able to watch 5 concurrent devices

Viu Premium Yearly Special Package

·       For AIS Prepaid and Postpaid Only
·       Service fee is 599 Baht/year thereafter 1,490 Baht/year and automatically renewed every 365 days (VAT 7% included)
·       Internet connection fee is excluded.
·       Customer to Viu Premium Yearly Package can download any series and variety shows. The downloaded contents will be valid on customer's device for 7 days.
·       Subscribers are able to watch 5 concurrent devices.

-        You can enjoy Viu Premium service after receiving a SMS confirmation.
-        You cannot subscribe to Viu Premium Package if you are already a Viu Premium subscriber.
-        This Viu Premium service is available only in the Kingdom of Thailand.
-        The application is available on Android 5.0 and iOS 14 or above.

-        The Company reserves the right to change the specification without prior notice.

Entertain MAX Viu Yearly Package

•For AIS Prepaid and Postpaid Only
•The price is inclusive of 7% VAT. Special price from 1 August 24 - 30 September 24
•Subscribers are able to watch 5 concurrent devices.
•Internet usage rights for each package are limited to viewing for Viu application only, by using at the speed of 7.2Mbps for the specified period. Additional internet usage will be charged according to the main package used.
•The package can be used to download any series and variety shows. The downloaded contents will be valid on customer's device for 7 days.
•The rights to use the service and the specified service fees are reserved for normal, domestic usage only.
•The application is compatible with Android 5.0 and iOS 14.0 and higher.
•The service fee will be charged after package is successfully subscribed. Any non-usage of this package or cancellation before subscription expiry date, will not entitle you for any refund, compensation or other benefits from the company.
•Any changes including but not limited to converting from Postpaid to Prepaid, porting out, changing of ownership, and cancellation.
•In order to maintain service quality standard and to keep quality network experience for overall subscribers, the Company reserves the rights to manage the network as the Company deems appropriate including but not limited to limiting or decreasing network speed in case it is found that there is a large volume of continuous data transfer, use of BitTorrent, Internet sharing via Hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, usage for commercial purposes, or any usage which impacts or creates unfairness to other subscribers, or creates impediments to the network of the Company.
