B customers can subscribe and pay for GeForce NOW through their AIS mobile number (both prepaid and postpaid), or through AIS Fibre3.

GeForce NOW requires a minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps and ping below 80ms for a smooth gaming experience. 
Recommended speeds:

  • 720p 60fps: 15 Mbps
  • 1080p 60fps: 25 Mbps
  • 1440p 120fps: 35 Mbps
  • 4K 120fps: 45 Mbps

AIS Fibre3 has already optimized internet routing for all AIS customers to ensure low ping and smooth gameplay on GeForce NOW.

Customers with the newer AIS Play BOX (ATV model – square shape) can go to the “Apps” section, search for “GeForce NOW Cloud Gaming,” and install it. After installation, you can access the service directly from the main menu. We recommend using a game controller or gadget connected to the box or TV for a better gaming experience.

Older AIS Play BOX models that are not ATV (square shape) are not compatible with GeForce NOW. Customers can visit their nearest AIS Shop to upgrade to the new model. Only the AIS Play BOX (ATV) model supports GeForce NOW.

Customers can connect and play games they’ve already purchased from stores like Steam, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft, Xbox, and Electronic Arts directly on GeForce NOW.

Go to the main dashboard on GeForce NOW. 
1. On the left-hand menu, select Packages > Current Package.
2. Find your current package and click "Cancel Package".
3. pop-up will appear asking for the reason for cancellation—select your reason and click "Confirm Cancellation".
4. Your package will be successfully canceled.
