Terms and Conditions
- Customers who request to register new number or convert from prepaid must pay the first monthly fee in advance on the registration day
- Serenade customers who register new number or convert from prepaid with the same ID card are exempt from pay-in-advance monthly fee.
- The second and onward bills will be issued as per customers bill cycle date
- Additional charges: 1.50 Baht per minute for all network calls/VDO calls, 2.5 Baht per SMS, and 4.5 Baht per MMS.
- Service rates are calculated based on actual usage per minute/billing cycle (fractions of a minute are rounded up to one minute).
- AIS SUPER WiFi; WiFi username and password will be sent via SMS automatically. More details at https://www.ais.th/en/consumers/package/super-wifi/how-to-use
- This package cannot be used in conjunction with Multi SIM service.
- Valid for 12 bill cycles
- Allowances of each package are valid for each billing cycle only; unused allowances cannot be carried over to the next billing cycle and will expire upon service cancellation, package change, or number transfer.
- Prepaid customers eligible for this package must have been subscribed for over 31 days.
- Rates specified do not include Value Added Tax (VAT)
- Exclusive to AIS postpaid customers under specified packages, registered or identified as individual mobile service users only.
- After successful subscription to the specified package, customers will receive an SMS to claim their PLAY ULTIMATE access within 24 hours, which must be claimed within 30 days from the receipt of the SMS notification.
- The duration of the free PLAY ULTIMATE package aligns with the term of the main package specified.
- Confirmation SMS for starting the PLAY ULTIMATE package will be sent upon successful subscription.
- The offer can be claimed once per phone number only.
- Changing the main package to another package will automatically cancel the PLAY ULTIMATE add-on package.
- Any attempt to undertake the above actions will immediately terminate the granted viewing access, which cannot be reclaimed.
- Customers who subscribed to the PLAY PREMIUM, PLAY MOVIES, PLAY ULTIMATE monthly or annual packages are not eligible for this offer.
- The access cannot overlap with existing PLAY PREMIUM, PLAY ULTIMATE monthly or annual packages; customers must cancel any existing package through the MyAIS app.
- PLAY ULTIMATE package is for simultaneous use on 4 screens at the same time per account. - Free usage allowances are available for the specified duration only, and allowances will terminate immediately upon service cancellation, change or transfer.
- The Internet access for application AIS PLAY, Netflix, Max, Disney+ Hotstar, VIU Premium, WeTV VIP, iQIYI will be charged to Internet quota of the main package
- This offer is applicable to residential postpaid customers who have subscribed to a monthly minimum package of 399 baht.

Cancellation Policy
- If customer re-subscribe after canceling, the standard fee of 179 THB per month (including VAT) will apply.
- To cancel, go to myAIS application: Open myAIS > Packages > My Packages > Select YouTube Premium > Cancel subscription > choose Immediate cancellation.

“AIS Secure Net” (the “Service”) is the service facilitating the user to check and protect their devices from any inappropriate websites.
- “AIS Secure Net” is applicable under the following conditions:
- available for the AIS network subscriber, both Post-Paid and Pre-Paid mobile phone services, and AIS Fibre3 home internet subscriber, under individual or corporate accounts (the “Customers”);
- AIS Secure Net shall be provide to the Customers only when the internet is connected via the AIS DNS network;
- the Service is free of charge and does not require subscription;
- the Customers of AIS and AIS Fibre3 are protected and alerted against various online threats while browsing the internet via AIS 5G, 4G and 3G such as scam websites or any other harmful websites.
