Terms and Conditions for Internet and ReelShort package

• The service fee is inclusive of VAT.​

• The package can be used after receiving an SMS confirmation.​

• The add-on packages cover 5G/4G access. ​

• Excess data usage from the monthly package is calculated at the rate of the main package used. The remaining data allowance will not be valid after the promotion period.​

• The monthly fee will be deducted every month for 12 months.​

• The weekly fee will be deducted every 7 days for 12 months.​

• Available on 1 device via the ReelShort app on supported Android (6.0 or later) and iOS (15.0 or later) devices.​

• The service fee will be charged after package is successfully subscribed. Any non-usage of this package or cancellation before subscription expiry date, will not entitle you for any refund, compensation or other benefits from the company.​

• This offer is not transferable and is not eligible for service changes such as switching between prepaid and postpaid plans, number porting, account name changes, or other modifications.​​

• The rights to use the service and the specified service fees are reserved for normal, domestic usage only.​

• In order to maintain service quality standard and to keep quality network experience for overall subscribers, the Company reserves the rights to manage the network as the Company deems appropriate including but not limited to limiting or decreasing network peed in case it is found that there is a large volume of continuous data transfer, use of BitTorrent, Internet sharing via Hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, usage for commercial purposes, or any usage which impacts or creates unfairness to other subscribers, or creates impediments to the network of the Company.​

• The auto renew every 7 days package. This Promotion Package has a duration of seven (7) days, the Subscriber acknowledges that the Promotion will be automatically renewed when it reaches expiration date. When the Subscriber has subscribed this Promotion Package, it shall be deemed that the Subscriber agreed and accepted the Company to automatically renew the Promotion Package for continuous use in the next cycle. ​

• The auto renew every 30 days package. This Promotion Package has a duration of thirty (30) days, the Subscriber acknowledges that the Promotion will be automatically renewed when it reaches expiration date. When the Subscriber has subscribed this Promotion Package, it shall be deemed that the Subscriber agreed and accepted the Company to automatically renew the Promotion Package for continuous use in the next cycle.​

• The Company reserves the right to make changes to the details and will provide prior notice through the Company’s website.​
