AIS Serenade privileges are available to AIS customers who have maintained active usage for at least 6 months, with no overdue bills, and an average monthly spending as shown in the chart below.

Enjoy Serenade privileges through a joint of usage under same ID (Serenade by Account). Simply combine the monthly usage of all numbers under a single ID to enjoy Serenade privileges. You can manage this via the myAIS app.

The longer you stay, the more you receive! Simply use AIS services for at least 6 months or combine your usage under the same ID via the myAIS app and meet the spending criteria to enjoy Serenade privileges, as follows:

- AIS customers who have maintained regular usage for over 6 months.
- AIS customers who have no overdue bill.
- Must be continuous monthly service without break.
- AIS customers who have had average monthly charges according to the chart above.
- The customer can start utilizing only upon notification from AIS.
- For Prepaid Customers to receive Serenade privilege, free register via *1148.
- Those individuals registered as a juristic person will be invited by the company.
- Privileges will be available only during the time period stipulated by AIS. Privilege will expire when the customer terminates service, has service terminated, or changes the ownership.
- The customer can redeem the privileges according to the terms and conditions and at the locations that AIS stipulates.
- We reserve the right to provide ‘Personal Assistant services’ only to invited customers whose number that receives Serenade status must be in the AIS Postpaid system.
- The company reserves the right to change any of the requirements of those entitled to privileges as well as terms and conditions or to terminate service or special privileges without prior notice.
Terms & Conditions
- Maximum of 5 numbers can be jointed up per group. Customer can combine more than one group within account.
- Once grouped successfully, there will be only one number eligible for Serenade status.
- Service year is considered based on longest service period time on mobile under your account.
- Each number must have a service period more than 6 months. Except for AIS Fibre, if the first bill has been paid, it is eligible to jointed up.
- Mobile number that currently subscribes special discount package or package that bundling with Serenade status, is not eligible to join up
- We reserve the right to provide ‘Personal Assistant services’ only to invited customers whose number that receives Serenade status must be in the AIS Postpaid system.
