Package terms and conditions

-            PLAY ULTIMATE package is exclusively available for AIS Postpaid customers who have been subscribed to the monthly plan for at least 3 months and registered as a residential individual.

-            Monthly fee of 999 baht, for 12 Months.

-            Enjoy NETFLIX, HBO Max, Disney+ Hotstar, Viu, WeTV and iQIYI with no additional charge from PLAY ULTIMATE package.

-            NETFLIX, HBO Max, Disney+ Hotstar, Viu, WeTV and iQIYI privileges are automatically cancelled upon cancellation of the PLAY ULTIMATE package.

-            Customer will get SMS confirmation when package has been subscribed.

-            Service rates are exclusive of VAT and excluding internet.

-            PLAY ULTIMATE package is for simultaneous use on 4 screens at the same time per account. Customers can stream via Website https://aisplay.ais.co.th/portal, Apple TV, Samsung Smart TV and Chromecast to watch on a big screen or via AIS PLAY APP through App Store and Google Play Store. Android 4.4 and iOS 10.2 are the minimum supported versions.

-            NETFLIX Premium service available on 4 devices via NETFLIX APP or https://www.netflix.com/th/  (A Netflix Household is a collection of the devices connected to the internet at the main place you watch Netflix. A Netflix Household can be set using a TV device. All other devices that use your Netflix account on the same internet connection as this TV will automatically be part of your Netflix Household).

-            HBO Max Ultimate service available on 4 devices via HBO Max APP or https://www.max.com/

-            Disney+ Hotstar Premium service available on 4 devices via Disney+ Hotstar APP or  https://www.hotstar.com/th

-            iQIYI VIP service available on 2 devices via iQIYI APP or https://www.iq.com/

-            VIU Premium service available on 5 devices via VIU APP or www.viu.com

-            WeTV VIP service available on 2 devices via WeTV APP or https://wetv.vip/th

-            The monthly service fee will be charged after package is successfully subscribed. Any non-usage of this package or cancellation before subscription expiry date, will not entitle you for any refund, compensation or other benefits from the company.

-            The service and service fee are only for domestic use, and not for commercial use or any use that may affect other users.

-            The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

  • PLAY ULTIMATE package is exclusively available for AIS Postpaid and AIS Fibre3 customers who have been subscribed to the monthly plan for at least 3 months and registered as a residential individual.
  • Monthly fee of 1,499 Baht for 12 months; thereafter, 1,799 Baht per month will be charged (excluding VAT) and does not include the internet service fee under main package.
  • Enjoy NETFLIX, HBO Max, Disney+ Hotstar, Prime Video, iQIYI, VIU, WeTV, MONOMAX, oneD and AIS KARAOKE with no additional charge from PLAY ULTIMATE package.
  • NETFLIX, HBO Max, Disney+ Hotstar, Prime Video, iQIYI, VIU, WeTV, MONOMAX, oneD and AIS KARAOKE privileges are automatically cancelled upon cancellation of the PLAY ULTIMATE package.
  • The PLAY ULTIMATE package allows access on up to 4 screens simultaneously through the AIS PLAY application. The system supports the following device and operating systems:
    • (1) Smartphones/tablets running Android 9 or later, or iOS 11 or later
    • (2) Large-screen device including Android TV, Android Box, Samsung Smart TV (Tizen OS 4.0 or later), AIS PLAYBOX and Apple TV
  • Subscriber can watch NFL and NBA channels through the AIS PLAY application on up to 1 device simultaneously.
  • Subscribers can watch NETFLIX Premium service available on 4 devices via NETFLIX APP or https://www.netflix.com/th/ (A Netflix Household is a collection of the devices connected to the internet at the main place you watch Netflix. A Netflix Household can be set using a TV device. All other devices that use your Netflix account on the same internet connection as this TV will automatically be part of your Netflix Household).
  • Subscribers can watch HBO Max Ultimate service available on 4 devices via HBO Max APP or https://www.hbomax.com/
  • Subscribers can watch Disney+ Hotstar Premium service available on 4 devices via Disney+ Hotstar APP or https://www.hotstar.com/th
  • Subscribers can watch Prime Video service available on on 3 devices via Prime Video APP or www.primevideo.com/
  • Subscribers can watch iQIYI VIP service available on 2 devices via iQIYI APP or https://www.iq.com/
  • Subscribers can watch VIU Premium service available on 5 devices via VIU APP or https://www.viu.com/
  • Subscribers can watch WeTV VIP service available on 2 devices via WeTV APP or https://wetv.vip/th
  • Subscribers can watch MONOMAX service available on 1 device via MONOMAX APP or https://www.monomax.me/
  • Subscribers can watch sports content from MONOMAX via the AIS PLAY application on up to 1 device at a time and can watch via MONOMAX application on 1 device at a time. Subscribers can choose to watch sports content from MONOMAX via either the AIS PLAY or MONOMAX application, but only one application can be used at a time. Simultaneous use of both applications is not permitted.
  • Subscribers can watch oneD Premium on 2 devices via the oneD application or through the website https://www.oned.net/
  • Subscribers can enjoy AIS KARAOKE Platinum on 1 device via the AIS KARAOKE application.
  • This offer is not transferable and is not eligible for service changes such as switching between prepaid and postpaid plans, number porting, account name changes, or other modifications.
  • Service fees will be charged according to the specified terms upon successful package subscription. MIMO Tech Company Limited (“the Company”) reserves the right not to refund any unused portion of the package fee in cases where the package is not used or is cancelled before the end of the subscription period. Additionally, the package usage rights are non-transferable to other user accounts, including converting from a prepaid to a postpaid plan, from a postpaid to a prepaid plan, porting to another network, changing the account holder’s name, or making any other modifications.
  • The usage rights and service rates specified are for domestic and personal use only. Commercial use or any use that may adversely affect other users is prohibited. Reproduction, modification, or public distribution of the content is also prohibited. If the Company detects any illegal use or any use that may cause damage to the Company, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the service package.
  • The Company reserves the right to make changes to the details and will provide prior notice through the Company’s website.
  • The Subscriber agrees that MIMO Tech Company Limited and Mono Streaming Company Limited may collect, use, and process the Subscriber’s personal data solely to the extent necessary for providing the subscription package. This includes, without limitation, (a) user account administration, (b) identity verification, (c) after-sales service, and (d) fulfillment of related contractual obligations. Such collection, use, and processing shall comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and the Company’s published Privacy Policy.

If customer switches your AIS service from postpaid to prepaid, or change your phone number, PLAY ULTIMATE 1,499 Baht package will be automatically cancelled. To continue using the PLAY ULTIMATE 1,499 Baht service, please subscribe again.


The PLAY ULTIMATE 1,499 Baht package offer from AIS is exclusively available to AIS Postpaid, Prepaid, and AIS Fibre3 customers.


Customer can check your package status anytime by yourself using the myAIS application.
