  • WiFi packages service which provided by Advanced Info Service Plc. and/or Advanced Wireless Network Co.,Ltd. (referred to as AIS or Service Provider). Provide the service to subscribers or prepaid and postpaid subscribers of AIS mobile phone service which can use the service according to the period and bill cycle it applied for the service regarding the subscribed process appeared in clause 2 or use the service according to its main package bundling WiFi.
  • How to subscribe for the service:
    • WiFi 1 hour package: Subscribers shall be able to subscribe for 1 hour of service which shall be valid for 24 hour after it received an SMS. For subscription of service, AIS prepaid and postpaid subscribers shall dial *777*380# 
    • WiFi 5 hour package: Subscribers shall be able to subscribe for 5 hours of service which shall be valid for 24 hour after it received an SMS. For subscription of service, AIS prepaid and postpaid subscribers shall dial *777*381# 
    • WiFi 1 day package: Subscribers shall be able to subscribe for 1 day service and it shall be valid for 24 hour after it received an SMS. For subscription of service, AIS prepaid and postpaid subscribers shall dial *777*382# 
    • WiFi unlimited monthly package (automatically extends the service): Subscribers shall be able to subscribe for the service which shall be collected for every 30 days. AIS prepaid and postpaid subscribers shall dial *777*384# 
  • Service fee (Not including VAT):
    • WiFi 1 hour package: Service Fee: 9 baht for (the maximum speed not exceeding 10 Mbps) which shall be valid since the subscribers received a confirmation of subscription SMS from AIS.
    • WiFi 5 hour package: Service Fee: 19 baht (the maximum speed not exceeding 10 Mbps) which shall be valid since the subscribers received a confirmation of subscription SMS from AIS.
    • WiFi 1 day package: Service Fee: 29 baht (the maximum speed not exceeding 10 Mbps) which shall be valid since the subscribers received a confirmation of subscription SMS from AIS.
    • WiFi unlimited monthly package (automatically extends the service): Service Fee: 99 baht for every 30 days. For prepaid service subscribers shall be collected at 23.10 Baht for every 7 days (the maximum speed not exceeding 650 Mbps) and shall be valid since the subscribers received a confirmation of subscription SMS from AIS.
  • The maximum speed of WiFi service
    • WiFi 1 hour package: The speed of downloading not exceeding 10 Mbps and uploading not exceeding 1 Mbps per subscriber in the coverage of AIS SUPER WiFi.
    • WiFi 5 hour package: The speed of downloading not exceeding 10 Mbps and uploading not exceeding 1 Mbps per subscriber in the coverage of AIS SUPER WiFi.
    • WiFi 1 day package: The speed of downloading not exceeding 10 Mbps and uploading not exceeding 1 Mbps per subscriber in the coverage of AIS SUPER WiFi.
    • WiFi unlimited monthly package :The speed of downloading not exceeding 650 Mbps and uploading not exceeding 100 Mbps per subscriber in the coverage of AIS SUPER WiFi.
  • The subscriber is entitled to connect AIS SUPER WiFi with only 1 device per account per using per time and shall not be allowed to connect any device for expanding or transferring AIS SUPER WiFi signal to any other person which is not AIS SUPER WiFi’ subscriber. In case Customer does not Logout or continue using the Service more than 15 minutes, the connection will be automatically cut off, then the Customer have to Login again.
  • Any electronic transaction with the User Name and Password of the Subscriber whether it is done by Subscriber or the authorized representative of Subscriber or the person granted by Subscriber to use its Username/Password or the person who falsely claims to use the Username/Password of Subscriber whether with intention or negligence of the Subscriber. The transaction shall be deemed valid and binding on Subscriber.
  • In the case that the Customer forgets the password, Customer can request for password by dial *388*1#, then the system will send current password via SMS to Subscriber’s mobile phone number or request for a new password by contact with AIS Call Center 1175.
  • Service Provider shall not be responsible for any damage or loss of any data through the result of lateness, service obstruction or system failure when downloading data or dangerous material from the Internet that the system. The subscriber or user must bear sole responsibility and must be certain that all material or data downloaded comes from the site to which they have connected.
  • Customer agrees to use the Service according to this Terms and Conditions. Customer shall not perform or using the Service in any ways that unsuitable or illegal activity or against good moral, culture and tradition or against the regulations, rules or any orders which are currently applicable through Service. Any violation shall entitle Service Provider to suspend the use of Service. However, Service Provider shall be entitled to cancel the Service in case there is the change of company policy, rule, regulation, and order and/or relevant government policy without prior notice.
  • Customer can use the service within the speed of subscribed package in which the quality and speed of Service may be decreased or temporary out of service depending on the number of user, distance between WiFi network area and Subscriber premise, the quality and efficiency of networking equipment, server location of Subscriber visited website at the time of the Service is being used, including location where the WiFi signal is received.
  • Service Provider reserves the right to limit the speed of data usage through WiFi service for Bit Torrent program, video streaming, uploading/downloading image and/or audio files or any other similar programs which shall be depend on Fair Usage Policy in order to prioritize the collective interest of general Subscribers.
  • Service Provider reserves the right to correct, change, cease or terminate any service package if the company considers there has been any dishonesty or false documentation that has been submitted to subscribe for a service package or if the service has been used illegally, or against any current enforceable law or in the future, or is used counter to the terms and conditions of the sales promotion.
  • Service Provider reserves the right to correct, change or terminate any, terms and conditions including fee service fee rates for these package with prior notification to subscribers not less than 30 days of its consideration.
  • This terms and conditions shall be attached to and form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Mobile Phone Service. Therefore, in addition to these terms and conditions, the use of Mobile Phone Service by Subscriber shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions of Mobile Phone Service and Terms for Collect, Use and Disclose personal data which the Subscriber can check from Postapd and Prepaid

Subscriber hereby agree and accept to collect, use and disclose personal data in which AWN shall collect, store, use of Subscriber’s Personal Data for the purpose of service in which the Subscriber has subscribed and in accordance with the law as follows:

  • “Personal Data” means any information pertaining to a Data Subject, which enables the identification of Data Subject, whether direct or indirect.
  • AWN shall collect, store, use of Subscriber’s Personal Data for the purpose or activity which Data Subject interesting in relating to telecommunication service, broadcasting service, payment service or other services, digital service, marketing research and survey, promotional activities, providing privilege based on Subscriber’s preferences or data analysis in order to offer goods or services of Service Provider and/or a person who is a distributor, agent, or the person who related thereof, and/or other person, or legal obligations or regulation to which AWN is subject whether present or in the future, including permission AWN to send, transfer and/or disclose personal data to the recipient that is Service Provider business group, business alliance, organization or juristic person who has a contract or a legal relationship with AWN by allowing AWN to send, transfer and/or disclose such information through domestically and internationally. AWN shall retain Subscribers’ Personal Data as long as necessary only for the above mentioned purposes, where the recipient is also obligated by law to retain Personal Data as well. If there is a later update in the purpose of collecting Personal Data, AWN will inform the Subscriber.
  • The Subscriber has the right to withdraw Subscribers’ Personal Data at any time, unless such withdrawal affects the service or beyond AWN's control.
  • Terms for collect, use and disclose of personal data shall be effective for a period specified by law.
  • Subscriber’s right to withdraw, access or request for copy of personal data, objection to collect, use or disclose, right to data portability, right to erasure, right to suspend the use of personal data shall be in accordance with our privacy policy, and others as specified by law.
  • Subscriber hereby acknowledge that he/she can contact Service Provider via electronic mail at DPOOFFICE@ais.co.th

Advanced Info Service Company Public Limited and Subsidiary Companies (“Company”) suggest our Subscriber to understand this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) due to this policy is prescribed the process of data collect, store, use and disclose including other rights of Subscriber (“Data Subject”). Therefore, Company would like to announce the Policy as followings:

  • Personal Data
    “Personal Data” means any information pertaining to a Data Subject, which enables the identification of Data Subject, whether direct or indirect.
  • Data collection and storage restriction
    Data collection and storage under this Policy will be conducted within the purpose, scope and lawful methods as necessary for the scopes of service, or other services provided by electronic means within Company’s scope of service. Accordingly, Company will inform Data Subject to acknowledge and consent through electronic, Short Message Service (SMS) or other methods as specified by the Company. Company may collect personal data relating to Data Subject preference or subscribed service in which consisting of racial, religious or philosophical beliefs, health information, biological information, disabilities, heredity information or other information. Therefore, Company shall request consent from Data Subject before collection except;
  • in compliance with a legal obligation such as Personal Data Protection Act., Electronic Transaction Act., Telecommunication Business Act., Anti-Money Laundering Act., Civil and Commercial Code, Criminal Code, Civil and Commercial Procedure Code, and Criminal Procedure Code;
  • for the purpose for investigation of the inquiry authorities or adjudication of a competent court;
  • for Data Subject’s benefit, and the consent cannot be made at that time;
  • for the necessity purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company or personnel or other juristic person which is not related to the Company;
  • it is necessary to prevent or to avoid danger to a person’s life, body or health;
  • it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the Data Subject is a party or in order to proceed as requested by the Data Subject prior to entering into a contract; or
  • for achieving the purposes in the making of history documents or annals for public interest or for study, research, statistical purposes under appropriate protection measures.
  • Measures to secure Personal Data
  • The Company recognizes the importance of maintaining the security of Data Subject personal data. Therefore, the Company has established measures to maintain the security of personal data appropriately and consistency, and make Data Subject’s personal data confidential to prevent loss, access, destruction, use, conversion, modify or disclosure of personal data without rights or unlawful in accordance with the AIS Information Security Policy.
  • Any personal data that the Company received from Data Subject such as name, residential address, contact number, identification number, financial information which is complete and up-to-date relating to an identified or identifiable of Data Subject will be used in accordance with the objectives of the Company. The Company will carry out appropriate measures to prevent personal data from being used without permission.
  • Purpose of Collecting, Storing and Use Personal Data
    The Company shall collect, store, use of Subscriber’s Personal Data for the purpose or activity which Data Subject interesting in relating to telecommunication service, broadcasting service, payment service or other services, digital service, marketing research and survey, promotional activities, providing privilege based on Subscriber’s preferences or data analysis in order to offer goods or services of Company and/or a person who is a distributor, agent, or the person who related thereof, and/or other person, or legal obligations or regulation to which the Company is subject whether present or in the future, including consent to the Company to send, transfer and/or disclose personal data to Company business group, business alliance, any agency, organization or juristic person who has a contract or a legal relationship with the Company and/or Cloud Computing Service Provider by allowing the Company to send, transfer and/or disclose such information through domestically and internationally. The Company shall retain Subscribers’ Personal Data as long as necessary only for the above mentioned purposes, where the Data Receiver or Data processor is also obligated by law to retain Personal Data as well. If there is a later update in the purpose of collecting Personal Data, the Company will inform the Subscriber.
  • Restriction of Use and/or Disclose Personal Data
  • The Company will use or disclose Data Subject personal data in accordance with the consent of the Data Subject, and will be solely used for the Company’s purpose in order to provide services. The Company will supervise its employees, officers or operating staffs from using and/or disclosing Data Subject’s personal data in any way other than the purpose of service or to a third party except:
  • in compliance with a legal obligation such as Personal Data Protection Act., Electronic Transaction Act., Telecommunication Business Act., Anti-Money Laundering Act., Civil and Commercial Act., Criminal Act., Civil and Commercial Procedure Act., and Criminal Procedure Act.;
  • for the purpose for investigation of the inquiry authorities or adjudication of a competent court;
  • for Data Subject’s benefit, and the consent cannot be made at that time;

  • The Company may use third party IT Service providers in order to retain personal data, which such Service provider must have security measures by prohibiting the collection, use or disclosure of personal data other than those specified by the Company.
  • Right of Data Subject.
  • Data Subject may request to access its Call Detail Record (CDR) in accordance with the requirements and methods set by the Company at AIS Service Center or request Company to provide the acquisition of Personal Data. However, the Company may deny such right subject to exception by applicable laws or Court order.
  • Data Subject may request the Company to correct or change its Personal Data that is not correct or inaccurate in order to keep such data up-to-date.
  • Data Subject may request the Company delete or destroy such Personal Data, except in the case that the company must comply with the relevant laws for the preservation of such personal data.
  • Disclosure of Operations, Practices and Policies with respect to Personal Data.
    The Company has complied with laws, including the Notification of the National Telecommunications Commission on Measures for Protection of Telecommunications Service Users’ Rights Related to Personal Information, Privacy Rights and Freedom to Communicate by Means of Telecommunications, and other applicable privacy laws, as well as, publish a NBTC Privacy Guideline on the Company's website.
  • Data Protection Officer
    The Company has undertaken the Personal Data Protection Act. B.E. 2562 by appointing the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to monitor the operation of the Company with respect to the collect, use and disclose Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, including relevant personal data protection laws. In addition, the Company has rules and regulations to regulate the related parties to undertake their duties in accordance with the Privacy Policy and in line with the policy of the Personal Data Protection and Cyber Security Supervision Committee as specified by the Company.
