- Excess service rates: 1.50 Baht per minute for voice or video calls to all networks, 2.5 Baht per SMS, and 4 Baht per MMS.
- Service rates are calculated on the actual usage in minutes per billing cycle basis (fractions of a minute are billed as 1 minute), excluding international roaming (IR) and international direct dialing (IDD) service charges.

- 789 Baht Package: Voice call is 0.008 Baht per second, internet is 0.008 Baht per megabyte.
- 999 Baht Package: Voice call is 0.01 Baht per second, internet is 0.008 Baht per megabyte.

- All rights reserved for 1 mobile number per 1 right only.
- The 3 month complimentary service offer will terminate immediately if subscribers switch from the Mahamongkol package to another, change to a prepaid service, or transfer their number to a different carrier. Subscribers will be required to pay the Lucky Wallpaper service fee in the upcoming billing cycle.
- The system will send an SMS notification 3 days before the end of the free service period. After that, subscribers must pay the Lucky Wallpaper service fee in the upcoming billing cycle.
