* In case customer cancels the service, customer must return all AIS Fibre equipment to the company

  1. BYOD 2Gbps/1Gbps packages are available to individual customers and Juristic customers with access to fibre to the home (FTTH) and fibre to the room (FTTR) services.
  2. Monthly service fees do not include VAT.
  3. The installation and wiring fee of 4,800 baht is payable in the first monthly bill. Alternatively, the 4,800-baht installation fee will be discounted should a customer utilize the BYOD 2Gbps/1Gbps Packages for a continuous 24-month billing cycle, counted from the installation date. Should services be terminated for any reason before the 24-month cycle is completed, the customer is liable for payment of the damages, which will be calculated according to the length of service provided.
  4. Once this package has been initiated, the customer may not move the point of installation during the first 6 months, counted from the installation date. Should the customer move the point of installation, the benefits listed in these terms and conditions will be affected, effective immediately.
  5. The 800-baht activation fee (Discounted from the normal fee of 2,000 baht) will be refunded in the form of a monthly 100-baht discount on services that will last 8 billing cycles. Should services be temporarily halted by the customer during this time, that discount will also be halted immediately. Special promotion: Owners of the property where package services will be directed and who can prove ownership with their house registration documents or by other official means will not need to pay any activation fee.
  6. Existing AIS customers who wish to switch over to this package and require additional equipment or a replacement for the existing equipment, will be required to commence a 24-month billing cycle in accordance with the terms and conditions of this package, although said customers will receive a 4,800-baht discount on the initial set-up and wiring fee, which will be initiated from the date of installation.
  7. Customers using this package will receive a private IPv4 including a free DDNS* service in addition to a public IPv6, which enables port forwarding and the use of bridge mode.
  8. Customers cannot change to a lower speed internet package during the period of the 24-month billing cycle.
  9. Where a temporary halt to services is initiated due to customers reaching their credit limit or where any fees associated with the terms and conditions of this package remain unpaid, the customer’s access to any services will also be halted. Services will only be resumed once the customer has paid any outstanding bills in full.
  10. This package is for personal use. Any sub-leasing of these services or commercial use is prohibited.
  11. Customers wishing to utilize port forwarding must first register on this website: www.thddns.net There are no fees involved and the following registration manuals can also be found there:
  12. Get the right to borrow 1 Smart Optical Converter (2.5Gbps) worth 2,000 baht, with a port for connecting to the customer's main WiFi router.
  13. Get the right to borrow a High speed optical converter (ONU 2.5Gbps) with a port to connect to the user’s main WiFi router.
  14. The package supports the add-on AIS Fibre – Fixed Line package.
  15. 2Gbps speed test will be tested via Smart Optical Converter (2.5Gbps) device, which consists of 1 Port 2.5Gbps WAN only. 2Gbps speed test can be done using the following devices.
    • MacBook Pro: MacBook Pro Intel Core i5 Dual-core Speed 2.3GHz Turbo Boost up to 3.6GHz
    • USB adaptor 2.5Gbps

  12. The customer is entitled to the right to borrow an ONR to access the internet through LAN with a port to connect to the customer’s main Wi-Fi router.
  13. In the installment of AIS Fibre, internet connection shall be established only through a LAN port and the equipment provided shall not support WiFi connection. To connect to a Wi-Fi network, the customer is required to prepare a Wi-Fi router of any brand or model.
  14. The package is compatible with the add-on AIS FIBRE -Fixed Line service (AIS home fixed line).

  • Fixed Broadband Service is a co-speed of data usage service for both the receiving and sending of data. Therefore the quality and speed of internet depend on quantity, amount of Subscribers, the distance between the internet network and Subscriber’s premises, quality and efficiency of connecting devices including the server of the website which the Subscribers visit and may result in lower speeds of connection than the speeds specified in the Subscriber's package.
  • During the daily high-traffic peak period is from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, massive usage may result in lower speeds of connection than the speeds specified in the subscriber's package.
  • For the prevention and avoidance of effect on other Subscriber using of service, Service Provider reserves the right to specify the conditions prioritizes the collective interest of general Subscribers.
