Upon your opening of the Blacknut by GAMELOFT app, your internet connection status shall be tested and notified.

To use AIS 5G Cloud Game, you are required to be an AIS pre-paid or post-paid customer and get connected to the internet (3G/4G/5G). You will automatically be logged in and checked. In case you get connected through Wi-Fi, follow the instructions and confirm with an OTP by entering your phone number on the app. Then, enter the OTP received via SMS on the log-in page.

Before 1st November 2020, you can cancel your subscription by calling AIS Contact Center at1175. After 1st November 2020, your subscription can be cancelled directly through the application. After the cancellation, your saved data will still exist for your future access

In case your payment is made prior to the expiry date and the extension cannot be verified, please check whether your SIM has a balance of over 149 Baht, and wait a day for your validity day extension. If this does not help, you are suggested to cancel your subscription and re-subscribe.
