SIM Registration in Compliance with NBTC Requirements

All mobile numbers must be properly registered in accordance with NBTC requirements to avoid potential service suspension.

Keeping your mobile number registration information accurate and up to date is an important measure to enhance user security. It helps ensure that the identity of the registered mobile number owner can be properly verified, supports secure access to digital services linked to the mobile number, and reduces the risk of your number being misused or impersonated by fraudsters.

If your SIM registration is incomplete, you will receive a notification from AIS via SMS, MMS, and a voice notification when making an outgoing call.

If you do not complete the identity verification process by 31 August 2026, your service could be affected, and you may experience interruptions.
