  1. Minimum contract period is 12 months.
  2. The service is available exclusively to customers using AIS Corporate Internet, Business Internet, Business Fibre, and/or MPLS services.
  3. The service includes one (1) On-Premise Firewall device, UTM security licenses, spare parts, standard installation, and Standard Managed Services.
  4. The Firewall equipment remains the property of Advanced Wireless Network Co., Ltd. (AWN).
  5. Managed Services under AIS Firewall Suite 360 include:
    - Essential 24x7x4 service for Bangkok (BKK)
    - Essential 24x7xNext Business Day (NBD) service for upcountry areas (UPC)
    - All packages include two (2) Critical Patch/OS updates per year 
    For additional Managed Service options such as Managed Service Tickets and On-site Services, please contact your AIS sales representative.
  6. FortiGate Cloud Management (Logging System) is included only in packages explicitly named “FortiGate Cloud Management.”
  7. Advanced Wireless Network Co., Ltd. (AWN) reserves the right to adjust pricing to reflect changes in security license costs as determined by the technology provider upon contract expiration or renewal.
  8. Prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes.
