  • For example: If you are on the 399 THB/month ZEED 5G package and run out of your main data allowance, you can continue to use unlimited internet at a continuous speed of 4 Mbps.​

 

  • This package is available only for users under 18 years of age and must be registered under the name of a parent or legal guardian only. The parent or legal guardian must meet one of the following requirements:
    • Has been an AIS postpaid mobile customer for at least 3 months; or
    • Has been using AIS Fibre3 or 3BB Fibre3 service for at least 3 months.
  • The parent or legal guardian must present their national ID card and the user’s national ID card at AIS Shop, AIS Shop by Partner, or Telewiz for relationship verification by the staff. The parent/legal guardian and the user must meet at least one of the following criteria:
    • Have the same last name; or
    • Have the same address as shown on the national ID card or house registration document; and
    • The user must be under 18 years of age on the application date.
  • If the parent or legal guardian is unable to provide valid identification documents or proof of relationship with the user, the company reserves the right to reject the application for the ZEED 5G postpaid package.
  • The parent or legal guardian must not downgrade the package, change the service to prepaid, cancel the service, or have the service suspended within 12 months from the application date.
  • This privilege is limited to one entitlement per person.
  • After the parent or legal guardian has subscribed to the package for the user, if the user becomes over 24 years of age, the company reserves the right to offer an alternative package as a replacement.
  • ZEED 5G postpaid customers registered under the name of a parent or legal guardian will not be eligible for the Alisa Premium privilege, which normally offers free access for the first 3 months and a special rate of THB 220 per month thereafter from the regular price of THB 420 per month. Other privileges can be redeemed as usual according to the package details stated above.
  • Exclusively for customers registering new numbers or porting in with the same number.
  • Once the 5G max-speed allowance has been reached, customers may continue using the internet at a speed of 1 Mbps for the ZEED 5G 299 package and at a speed of 4 Mbps for the ZEED 5G 399 and 499 packages.
  • ZEED 5G 299, 399, and 499 packages include an additional 50 GB data allowance at speeds of up to 8 Mbps for educational and entertainment applications, including Free Fire, ROV, PUBG, Facebook, Instagram, LINE, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Joox, Google Meet, Google Classroom, and Zoom. After this allowance is exhausted, usage will continue under the main package quota. Once the main package quota is exhausted, internet access will continue at:
    • 1 Mbps for the ZEED 5G 299 package
    • 4 Mbps for the ZEED 5G 399 and 499 packages
  • Enjoy free calls within the AIS network for up to 30 minutes per call. Any excess usage will be charged at THB 1.50 per minute (fractions of a minute are rounded up to a full minute).
  • Excess usage charges:
    • Calls/VDO Calls to all networks: THB 1.50 per minute (fractions of a minute are rounded up to a full minute)
    • SMS: THB 2.50 per message
    • MMS: THB 4.00 per message
  • The service fee for this package does not include license fees or subscription fees required for Google Meet, Office 365, Zoom, or any other applications.
  • For AIS SUPER WiFi access, the system will automatically send a WiFi Username and Password via SMS.
  • The privilege is valid for 12 billing cycles.
  • All package privileges are valid only within each billing cycle. Unused benefits cannot be carried forward to the next billing cycle. All privileges will terminate immediately upon service cancellation, package change, or transfer of ownership of the mobile number.
  • Multi SIM service is not available with this package.
  • All service fees stated are exclusive of 7% Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • To maintain service quality standards and ensure efficient network performance for all users, the company reserves the right to manage network usage as appropriate. This may include limiting or reducing speed in cases of excessive continuous data usage, BitTorrent usage, internet sharing via hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, commercial use, or any activity that may adversely affect other users or the overall network performance.

Terms and Conditions for AIS Zeed 5G students’ monthly package at 299, 399, and 499 baht for activating a new number or porting in from another network.

  • This package is for customers aged 18–24. Customers may apply for the offer once per ID card only. (If the customer is already using another student monthly package, this package may not be applied.)
  • Exclusively for customers registering new numbers or porting in with the same number.
  • Once the 5G max-speed allowance has been reached, customers may continue using the internet at a speed of 1 Mbps for the 299 baht ZEED 5G package and continue using the internet at a speed of 4 Mbps for the 399 or 499 baht ZEED 5G package
  • 299, 399 or 499 baht ZEED 5G package is entitled to a maximum speed data allowance of 50GB, at a speed of up to 8 Mbps, for educational and entertainment applications, including Free Fire, ROV, PUBG, Facebook, Instagram, LINE, YouTube, Tiktok, Spotify, Joox, Google Meet, Google Classroom, and Zoom. After reaching the maximum speed allowance, customers can continue using the internet at a speed of 1 Mbps for the 299 baht ZEED 5G package and continue using the internet at a speed of 4 Mbps for the 399 or  499 baht ZEED 5G package.
  • Make free calls within the AIS network for a maximum of 30 minutes. Any excess use will be charged at 1.50 baht per minute. (Fractions of a minute are counted as one minute)
  • Any excess use for calls/VDO calls to all networks is charged at 1.50 baht per minute. (Fractions of a minute are counted as one minute.) SMS messages are charged at 2.50 baht per message and MMS messages are charged at 4 baht per message.
  • The service fee in this package is not inclusive of license fees and other application fees for the use of Google Meet, Office 365, ZOOM and other applications.
  • For the privilege to access AIS SUPER Wi-Fi: the system will send a Wi-Fi Username and Password via SMS automatically. Additional information on Wi-Fi.

Terms and Conditions for VIU Premium

  • Eligible customers will receive SMS to activate free VIU Premium 12 months within 5 days after successfully registering new number or porting number to AIS.
  • To be eligible for offer, customers need to subscribe VIU Premium package within 30 days after get SMS to activate free
  • The VIU Premium package provides 12 months of free viewing when you subscribe successfully. After that, starting from the 13th month, you'll be charged a monthly fee of 149 Baht (excluding internet charges) automatically.
  • One number is limited to one right throughout the campaign period.
  • Customers (package of 300THB or more) who use AIS ZEED 5G, U-ZEED, Super U-ZEED and KIDDY Packages will be able to get free 12 months
  • Customers can enjoy VIU Premium after getting confirmation SMS. For usage in Thailand only.
  • Customers that are using other privileges of VIU Premium or customers who cancel/change main package will no longer be eligible to get VIU Premium 12 months.

Terms and Conditions of getting VDO Calling Melody and Calling Melody Free 6 Months

  • Exclusive privilege for customers who activate AIS ZEED 5G postpaid package 299 Baht, 399 Baht and 499 Baht.
  • Available for new activation and port-in only
  • After successful activate AIS ZEED 5G postpaid package, customer will get SMS inform USSD number to get the privilege.
  • Customers can get VDO Calling Melody and Calling Melody Free 6 Months by opt-in via calling *236*306#. The privilege can be used once a confirmation SMS on VDO Calling Melody and Calling Melody package are received.
  • Customers have to opt-in to get the privilege with 30 days after successful activate AIS ZEED 5G postpaid package.
  • Customers can use VDO Calling Melody and Calling Melody without charging service fee for first 6 months, after that will be auto charged 35 Baht /month/service (The price is excluded VAT)

Service Terms and Conditions
“AIS Secure Net” is a service to secure cell phones, tablets, and other devices for AIS customers, both prepaid and postpaid, from cyber-attacks such as viruses, malware, phishing, and other harmful websites on AIS 5G/4G without application installation. 

“AIS Secure Net” is applicable under the following conditions:

  1. Be a prepaid or postpaid subscriber of the Provider (AIS), registering under the name of or represented by a natural person only.
  2. Agree to the terms and conditions of “AIS Secure Net”.
  3. The phone number is activated (not under a suspension of service)
  4. Be a subscriber of AIS 5G/4G/3G and other roaming partner operators in foreign countries covered by AIS.

"AIS Secure Net" service will not guarantee the use of the following:

  1. Use of internet service on a Wi-Fi network or NEXT G network.
  2. Use of MultiSIM, MultiSIM PLUS, SIM2Fly, Asian SIM (Such as Myanmar, Sim and Cambodia SIM), and tourist SIM card types
  3. Use of virtual private network (VPN), both domestic and international, other DNSs (domain name system) and Apple Private Relay on iOS 15 and above

Other terms and conditions:

  1. The package offers a free service period of 12 months. After this period, it will be considered under the company's terms.
  2. Users have to keep in "Active" status throughout use.
  3. Should any website or link be deemed at risk for cyber threats or phishing websites, the service will immediately notify and block access to that particular site for the subscriber without any required setup.
  4. The personal information of the subscriber, e.g. phone number and the domain of the destination URL, are required to be stored for reviewing your website and link access and compare it with the provider’s database in order to provide a comprehensive service of “AIS Secure Net”
  5. The secured network will cover the shared network of AIS 5G/4G/3G for other devices shared with your subscribed number.
  6. The provider reserves the right to deny service for any unqualified subscriber and to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  7. The provider reserves the sole right to suspend or terminate the service in case the service is claimed or changed for any commercial purposes or for subcontracting to other entities without permission, in which the Provider will take an appropriate legal action.
  8. The provider reserves the right to suspend and terminate the service on the account that the service is used for illegal purposes or activities.
  9. The company reserves the right not to guarantee the use of "AIS Secure Net" service that will protect the user's machine from viruses, malware, fake links, including various inappropriate websites for 100% correctly and reserves the right not to be responsible for any damage caused by viruses, malware, fake links. and various inappropriate websites

YouTube Premium Condition

  1. This offer is applicable to residential postpaid customers who have subscribed to a monthly minimum package of 399 baht.
  2. First 2 months free trial of YouTube Premium. Starting from the 3rd month, a monthly fee of 179 baht will be charged.
  3. After successful subscription to the specified package, customers will receive an SMS to claim
  4. You can start using the package immediately upon receiving the subscription confirmation SMS.
  5. Exclusive Privileges for customers who have never used YouTube Premium, YouTube Music Premium, Google Play Music, or YouTube Red before.

Cancellation Policy

  1. If customer re-subscribe after canceling, the standard fee of 179 THB per month (including VAT) will apply.
  2. To cancel, go to myAIS application: Open myAIS > Packages > My Packages > Select YouTube Premium > Cancel subscription > choose Immediate cancellation.
  3. AIS reserves the right to modify promotions and terms & conditions without prior notice

 

Goodnotes Terms and Conditions:

  1. This campaign is applicable to customers who activate a new ZEED 5G prepaid number and top up 200 THB+  within 7 days after activating the sim card, or a new ZEED 5G postpaid number or port-in with a 299 THB+ package (collectively referred to as “eligible customers”) between June 16, 2025 and January 31, 2026.
  2. Eligible customers will receive an SMS within 5–7 working days after completing the subscription process. They must then subscribe to Goodnotes 6 for 329 THB/year (VAT included) and dial the designated USSD code to receive the redemption codes for both benefits:
    1. Dial *545*614# to receive the Goodnotes 6 code for 3-month free access (must be redeemed within 30 days).
    2. Dial *545*615# to receive the code for the digital study planner (designed by The Butter and Scotch), to be redeemed via the specified LINE@ (must also be redeemed within 30 days).
  3. Customers acknowledge that they must subscribe to Goodnotes 6 for 329 THB/year (VAT included) to receive the 3-month free trial. After the free period ends, the subscription fee will be automatically charged to the Apple App Store-linked payment method. To cancel, customers must do so at least one day before the free trial ends via the Apple App Store.
  4. Goodnotes 6 redemption code can only be used via the Apple App Store.
  5. The code is valid only for new and expired Goodnotes 6 users.
  6. The code cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded under any circumstances.
  7. Redemption is limited to 1 code per person, per phone number, per user account throughout the campaign period.

“AIS Secure Net” (the “Service”) is the service facilitating the user to check and protect their devices from any inappropriate websites.​
  • “AIS Secure Net” is applicable under the following conditions:    ​
    1. available for the AIS network subscriber, both Post-Paid and Pre-Paid mobile phone services, and AIS Fibre3 home internet subscriber, under individual or corporate accounts (the “Customers”);​
    2. AIS Secure Net shall be provide to the Customers only when the internet is connected via the AIS DNS network;
    3. ​the Service is free of charge and does not require subscription;​
    4. the Customers of AIS and AIS Fibre3 are protected and alerted against various online threats while browsing the internet via AIS 5G, 4G and 3G such as scam websites or any other harmful websites. The system of this Service will automatically detect and block the risk of online threats on websites, with faster response, ensuring the highest level of safety and enjoyable online experience;
    5. ​the Customers must be in an active service status (not in the process of service suspension).​
  • ​"AIS Secure Net" will not be applicable under the following conditions:​
    1. Use the internet via virtual private network (VPN)​
    2. Use the Apple Private Relay service on iOS 15 and above versions​
    3. Use of proxy server connection
    4. Connecting the internet via a public DNS​O

  1. AWN will inspect and block only websites that may be considered as harmful or illegal.​
  2. AWN reserves the right to discontinue, modify the model of service provision, adjust the conditions of service, or add new features to the Service, at AWN’s discretion, with prior notice of any such mentioned changes.​
  3. AWN shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses or effects that may be caused by harmful websites that may not have been detected by the Service. The user should check and be careful when accessing websites for their own safety.​

Customers who activate a new ZEED 5G postpaid number or port in to ZEED 5G postpaid and subscribe to a monthly package of THB 299 or above are eligible to subscribe to Alisa Premium and receive the first 3 months free of charge. After the free period, a special monthly fee of THB 220 (regular price: THB 420), VAT included, will be applied for 12 months, when the subscription is made via USSD  *626*2# within 30 days from the date of receiving the SMS notification, with payment through AIS mPAY Mobile Payment.​

  1. This privilege is available to customers who register a new ZEED 5G postpaid number or port in to ZEED 5G postpaid and subscribe to a monthly package of THB 299 or above, during the period 15 December 2025 to 17 November 2026.
  2. The special Alisa Premium fee of THB 220 per month (regular price: THB 420) with the first 3 months free is applicable only to new Alisa Premium users or those who do not have an active paid Premium subscription at the time of redemption.​
  3. To redeem this offer, customers must dial USSD  *626*2# within 30 days from the date of receiving the SMS informing them of the eligibility for Alisa Premium at THB 220/month (VAT included). Customers who have previously received the 3-month free Alisa Premium offer will be charged THB 220 per month. Customers who are not using a ZEED 5G package of THB 299 or above will be charged the regular price of THB 420 per month, billed on their ZEED 5G invoice via AIS mPAY Mobile Payment.​
  4. After redeeming via USSD, customers must complete the service activation on their Alisa account via the LINE application, where an OTP will be sent to verify the Premium subscription.​
  5. Upon successful activation of Alisa Premium via LINE, customers will receive 3 months of free usage, counted from the OTP confirmation date. Beginning the 4th month, a fee of THB 220 per month will be charged via AIS mPAY Mobile Payment on the ZEED 5G mobile service invoice.​
  6. Customers may cancel the Alisa Premium service—charged to their ZEED 5G invoice—after the 3-month free period by dialing USSD *777*80260#.​
  7. The Alisa Premium promotional service will be immediately terminated if:​
    1. The mobile number changes to a package other than the specified ZEED 5G postpaid package,​
    2. The customer ports out to another network,​
    3. ​Service is terminated due to non-payment, or​
    4. Any other conditions as announced by the company on https://www.ais.th/postpaid/zeed/
  8. This privilege is exclusively for ZEED 5G package subscribers and cannot be transferred to another person, another mobile number, or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.​
  9. ​Limited to 1 privilege per person / per mobile number / per Alisa account throughout the campaign period.
  10. The USSD redemption for this promotional offer can be used only once.​
  11. Alisa AI services are provided by Glory Forever Public Company Limited (“the Company”). For any issues regarding Alisa Premium, please contact contact@alisamaid.com. All terms and conditions of Alisa AI are subject to the Company’s policies.​
  • This privilege is for mobile service users of both prepaid (ZEED 5G SIM, The One, Super Social, Number Numchock, Super Net, SIM TO GO, SIM Mahamongkol, Net Marathon) and postpaid systems who are new customers, port-in customers, or existing customers using any AIS postpaid package. The campaign starts from May 27, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
  • Eligible prepaid users must be individuals aged 15–24 years old and postpaid users must be 17–24 years old on the date of receiving the privilege, based on registration information or AIS registration.
  • The company will notify eligible users for the monthly GrabUnlimited package (19 Baht) or yearly package (99 Baht) as selected by the user, receiving a free service for up to 12 months. Users who meet all conditions in items 1 and 2 will be notified via SMS within 7 days by dialing USSD *545*474# to receive a code. The system will reply with an SMS providing a code for the GrabUnlimited package of the 9-month free service.
  • Users must use the received code to register for the GrabUnlimited package on the Grab application by January 31, 2027; otherwise, it will be considered a waiver of rights.
  • Eligible users who have previously subscribed to the GrabUnlimited package but are not currently using the service will be entitled to use the GrabUnlimited package with the service fee waived for 9 months, starting from the date they enter the GrabUnlimited activation code. Once the fee-waived GrabUnlimited service period under this campaign ends, the user's billing cycle will return to the regular payment cycle of the package or service that the customer subscribed to or was using before receiving this entitlement. If the user wishes to cancel the service to avoid any additional charges after the free trial period ends, the user must cancel the GrabUnlimited package via the Grab app before the free trial period expires.
  • Eligible users who have never previously subscribed to the GrabUnlimited package will receive an additional 3 months of GrabUnlimited service, for a total entitlement period of up to 12 months, starting from the date they enter the GrabUnlimited activation code.
  • Current GrabUnlimited members:
    • For monthly GrabUnlimited packages: If the code is activated on March 10, with a monthly billing cycle every 8th of the month, the user will receive the free privilege in the 9th subsequent billing cycle, starting from April 8, May 8, June 8, July 8, August 8, September 8, October 8, November 8, and December 8, etc.
    • For yearly GrabUnlimited packages: If the code is activated on March 10, 2026, with a yearly billing cycle every February 11, the user will receive the 9-month free privilege in the next billing cycle, from February 11, 2027, to November 10, 2027.
  • Conditions for using the GrabUnlimited code: Various items determined by the Grab platform:
    • Each code can be used only 1 time.
    • Multiple codes can be used (Stackable), but only when the first code is already in "In use" status.
    • If the user enters a second code while the first code has not expired, the system will ask which code to use:
      • If the user chooses the original code: The second code can be kept for later use until it expires.
      • If the user chooses the second code: The first code will be canceled and replaced by the second code immediately; the user will not be able to reuse the first code.
  • Within 1 day after entering the 9-month free GrabUnlimited code, the user will receive additional special privileges as follows:
    • Grab service discount coupons totaling 500 Baht, with a 30-day validity from the date received, consisting of:
      • GrabFood 15% discount (Max 50 Baht, min. spend 150 Baht), 3 uses.
      • GrabCar discount (except TAXI) 15% (Max 50 Baht, min. spend 100 Baht), 1 use.

  • The 9-month GrabUnlimited privilege is limited to 1 privilege per 1 mobile number per 1 Grab Account throughout the activity period.
  • Once the GrabUnlimited privilege ends, the system will cancel the GrabUnlimited package immediately, or the billing cycle will return to normal if the user was already a GrabUnlimited member before receiving this campaign's privilege.
  • This privilege cannot be exchanged, returned, or converted into cash, and cannot be transferred to others or distributed for commercial purposes.
  • The company reserves the right to change terms, conditions, or cancel the privileges of this activity by providing advance notice through channels determined by the company.
