- Excess usage rates: Voice or video calls to all networks at 1.50 baht per minute (charged per actual minute, fractions of a minute are counted as 1 minute). 2.50 baht per SMS, and 4 baht per MMS.
- For using 5G/4G/3G internet upon reaching the specified quota:
- 699-899 baht packages offer non-stop data at a maximum speed of 1 Mbps.
- 1,299 baht package offers unlimited 5G with a maximum speed of 1Gbps.
- This package cannot be used with Multi SIM.
- Service rates are charged per actual minute/billing cycle (fractions of a minute are counted as 1 minute).

- This package is for new activation numbers, porting numbers, changing from prepaid to postpaid, and postpaid AIS customers who subscribe to the SME Seller 5G package for 1,299 baht is eligible for the AIS 5G Net SIM package subscription at 199 baht per month.

- The AIS 5G Net SIM for 199 baht cannot register for Multi sim unless after the 12th billing cycle. Once the 399 baht AIS 5G Easy Pack package i is activated, subscribers can register for the Multi SIM package according to the current Multi SIM terms.
- Customers must register to the 199 baht AIS 5G Net SIM package with the same name, surname, and national ID as the primary number registered under the AIS Seller 5G package.
- A customer can register up to 5 SIMs per national ID for the AIS 5G Net SIM 199 baht. Registration can be done according to the entitlement received from the AIS Seller 5G package. If the AIS number meets the conditions, additional activations can be done only at AIS shops.
- The validity period for the 199 baht AIS 5G Net SIM will follow the billing cycle of the primary number.
- Once the package data allowance is used up, the speed will be adjusted to 1 Mbps. Add-on 5G data packages can be purchased, with charges billed to the primary number.

Cancellation Policy
- If customer re-subscribe after canceling, the standard fee of 179 THB per month (including VAT) will apply.
- To cancel, go to myAIS application: Open myAIS > Packages > My Packages > Select YouTube Premium > Cancel subscription > choose Immediate cancellation.

- “AIS Secure Net” is applicable under the following conditions:
- available for the AIS network subscriber, both Post-Paid and Pre-Paid mobile phone services, and AIS Fibre3 home internet subscriber, under individual or corporate accounts (the “Customers”);
- AIS Secure Net shall be provide to the Customers only when the internet is connected via the AIS DNS network;
- the Service is free of charge and does not require subscription;
- the Customers of AIS and AIS Fibre3 are protected and alerted against various online threats while browsing the internet via AIS 5G, 4G and 3G such as scam websites or any other harmful websites. The system of this Service will automatically detect and block the risk of online threats on websites, with faster response, ensuring the highest level of safety and enjoyable online experience;
- the Customers must be in an active service status (not in the process of service suspension).
- "AIS Secure Net" will not be applicable under the following conditions:
- Use the internet via virtual private network (VPN)
- Use the Apple Private Relay service on iOS 15 and above versions
- Use of proxy server connection
- Connecting the internet via a public DNSO

- The SparkChat 14-Day Free Trial Package (“SparkChat Free Trial Package”) is a promotional campaign jointly organized by Shift Advisory Co., Ltd. (“SparkChat”) and Advanced Wireless Network Co., Ltd. (“AWN”).

- Customers are required to provide a valid email address and reachable mobile number. The SparkChat system will send a One-Time Password (OTP) to the provided mobile number for identity verification and confirmation of eligibility for the free trial. Upon successful OTP verification, the registration will be completed. For subsequent access, Customers must log in using their email address, and password will be sent to the registered email address for service access.
- Customers will be entitled to use the SparkChat service free of charge for a period of fourteen (14) days per user account. Upon expiration of the free trial period, no service fees will be charged automatically. Customers who wish to continue using the service must manually subscribe to a paid package.
- Under the SparkChat Free Trial Package, Customers are limited to the following usage:
- Access to the Basic Model and Frontier Model only, where the Frontier Model is available exclusively through two (2) AI service providers: DeepSeek and Alibaba; and
- Image Generation services exclusively via the AI Agent, with a maximum of five (5) images generated throughout the entire trial period. The Image Generation feature cannot be used separately from the AI Agent.
- Usage under the SparkChat Free Trial Package is limited to no more than twenty (20) messages per day per user, subject to SparkChat’s Fair Use Policy.
- The SparkChat Free Trial Package is limited to one (1) entitlement per person, per mobile number, and per SparkChat user account for the duration of the campaign. The entitlement cannot be transferred, exchanged, substituted, changed to another mobile number, or redeemed for cash, under any circumstances.
- No credit card information is required to participate in the SparkChat Free Trial Package prior to deciding to subscribe to a paid package.
- This promotional privilege cannot be transferred to any other person, nor exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash, under any circumstances
